Animation Studies
I've been working my way through The Noble Approach by Maurice Noble for help with game design on Unicycle Boy. So I've been enjoying re-watching some of my favorite old cartoons that Maurice Noble did the layouts for like What's Opera Doc? and Duck Dodgers in the 24 1/2th Century for "educational purposes". I love the fact that watching cartoons is considered working.

Unicycle Boy
Today my brother and I released the game we've been working on for the last few years called Unicycle Boy. I did all the art work and he did all the programming and we both just sort of created the whole thing from scratch. We both used to play a lot of Mario (like everyone else), so I guess that's where the inspiration came from.
Here are a few screenshots of the game.

I really had no idea how to draw at all when we started. I especially didn't understand vector or digital art at all. So i've just been updating as I learn things along the way.

We both bought unicycles and learned how to ride them as "research" for this game. It's been fun, I look forward to see how it does on the App Store.
